01. Service Overview
KeebForge.in offers mechanical keyboard assembly, component soldering/desoldering, stabilizer structural balancing, layout testing, custom PCB hardware design, and general component-level electronics troubleshooting diagnostics.
By scheduling or submitting an execution service ticket order, you officially establish intent and agree to abide comprehensively by these active guidelines.
02. Logistics & Shipping Responsibility
The client retains complete ownership and financial liability for all logistical routing operations:
- You are responsible for safely processing inbound parcel tracking to our designated workshop setup location.
- Return distribution shipping labels or equivalent freight funding metrics must be entirely settled before completed hardware is returned to you.
- KeebForge.in is not liable for parcel loss, transit delays, or physical container damage introduced during sorting or handling by external logistics networks.
03. Component Compatibility & Diagnostics
It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure all supplied parts (including switches, plates, keycaps, stabilization brackets, stabs, and case shells) are layout-compatible before dispatching them to our workshop.
If parts are discovered to be incompatible mid-build, we will halt production and consult you immediately. However, baseline engineering hours already invested up to that point will be calculated into your final balance sheet.
04. Turnaround Expectations & Queue Logic
Standard engineering processing speed is estimated at 5–7 business days from the moment components are checked into our workshop queue. This baseline execution target is subject to change based on order queue length, complex circuit diagnostic requirements, or parts validation holdups.
05. Invoicing & Final Payment Protocols
KeebForge.in operates on a completion-verified payout workflow model:
- Invoices are generated upon successful functional validation testing of your complete assembly build.
- Optional visual check samples or trace output plots are available via Discord/Email on request before processing your transaction.
- Hardware properties are only packed and cleared for outbound shipping once your invoice payment has cleared.
06. Liability Limitations & Warranties
Mechanical modification procedures naturally void factory supplier warranties. KeebForge.in operates with engineering precision, but cannot be held liable for manufacturing structural faults inherent to customer-supplied parts.
PCB / Hardware Repair Clause: Circuit component troubleshooting attempts carry an intrinsic risk, as underlying structural defects or heat stresses can impact worn components. While we maintain precise thermal control protocols, we cannot guarantee survival rates for heavily oxidized or previously compromised traces and controllers.
